Extract the patch into the root folder of your memory stick (L:\ for example if L is the drive letter).
Copy the seplugins into the root of your memory stick.
Run ISO Tool 1.92.
Press Triangle and choose “CFW CHANGE”. There are 3 choices “500_M33_USE_PATCH/”, “550_gen_d3_use_flash/” and “550_gen_d2_use_patch_no_flash_write/”. Make the correct choice based on the CFW that you are using.
Back to the main ISO TOOL menu, select your Monster Hunter Portable 3 ISO and choose EBOOT DECRYPT. Select yes for everything except for Version Patch (Choose no for this). It will give you an error message in Japanese but feel free to ignore it.
Once it is done decrypting, select your MHP3 ISO again and choose “Patch Prometheus” > “Prometheus4/” and select Yes to everything.
Reboot your PSP and enjoy your new patched Monster Hunter Portable 3!
Also don’t forget to make sure that you are running the game on M33 driver (VSH menu).
